The Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (the Department) is excited to announce the selection of sixteen members to the Training Advisory Committee at the end of September 2019.

This Committee will serve for a period of three months and will be tasked with reviewing training and enforcement practices as outlined in Senate Bill 19-238.

The Committee will conclude with the development of a report of its findings and recommendations by January 1, 2020. The report will be publicly available to the Health and Human Services Committee of the Colorado Senate, the Public Health and Human Services Committee of the Colorado House of Representatives, and the Colorado Joint Budget Committee, or any successor committees.

The sixteen members include two of our Colorado Senior Lobby Board members, Jeanette Hensley and Kelley Horton.
